How to cancel Huawei subscription

If you have purchased the subscription via the Huawei AppGallery you may cancel it in 2 ways. 

Method 1

- Go to Settings;

- Touch the profile picture and nickname at the top of the screen;

- Go to Account center -> Payment and purchases -> Subscriptions/Password-free payments;

- On the Subscriptions/Password-free payments screen, touch the app you want to stop the auto-renewal for, and touch CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. 

 

Method 2

- Go to AppGallery -> Me; 

- Touch the profile picture and nickname at the top of the screen;

- Go to Account center > Payment and purchases -> Subscriptions/Password-free payments;

- On the Subscriptions/Password-free payments screen, touch the app you want to stop the auto-renewal for, and touch CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. 

 

After the auto-renewal service is canceled, no fees will be incurred starting from the coming month and related services will be stopped.

After the auto-renewal service is canceled, you will get a system prompt notifying you that it has been canceled successfully. In addition, there will be an AppGallery notification in the notification panel. You are advised to keep an eye out for the notification. To double-check whether the auto-renewal service has been canceled, go to the Subscriptions/Password-free payments screen via the path in either Method 1 or 2, and select the app in question to verify its service expiration date and subscription status.
